Terms & Conditions:

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Jewellers and Watchmakers Association and the Association of Goldsmiths and Silversmiths.

They apply to all offers, orders and agreements made by Little Attic Treasures. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Any deviations from these terms and conditions shall only be valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Offers and Agreements

All offers made by Little Attic Treasures are non-binding and subject to availability. We reserve the right to adjust prices, particularly where such changes are required by law or regulation.

An agreement shall only be concluded once your order has been confirmed in writing by Little Attic Treasures. We reserve the right to refuse orders or to attach specific conditions to delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices for products and services are stated in euros (€), inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Payment must be made using the method(s) specified during the ordering process.

Additional terms relating to payment and ordering may apply. In the event of late payment, Little Attic Treasures reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect or suspend delivery until payment obligations have been met.

4. Delivery

Little Attic Treasures will exercise the utmost care in receiving, processing, and delivering all orders. Deliveries are subject to stock availability. Any delivery times stated are indicative and not guaranteed.

Exceeding a stated delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or order cancellation. If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible you are entitled to cancel the agreement at no cost.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you will have a further 14 days to return the product. Upon receipt of the returned item, the full purchase amount, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Little Attic Treasures with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@littleattictreasures.com. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

6. Warranty and Complaints

Little Attic Treasures guarantees that the products supplied meet normal standards of quality and are free from defects. If a delivered product does not conform to the agreement, you must notify Little Attic Treasures within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

Complaints can be submitted via info@littleattictreasures.com. We will endeavour to respond within 14 days of receipt and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. Liability

The liability of Little Attic Treasures for any direct or indirect damage shall in all cases be limited to the total amount stated on the relevant invoice. Little Attic Treasures shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of savings, or business interruption.

Under no circumstances shall the liability of Little Attic Treasures exceed the limits provided in these terms and conditions, unless such damage results from intent or gross negligence.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Little Attic Treasures shall not be obliged to fulfil its obligations towards the customer and may suspend its obligations for the duration of the force majeure.

Force majeure refers to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Little Attic Treasures which wholly or partially prevents the fulfilment of its obligations, including but not limited to strikes, fire, business disruptions, power failures, delays or non-delivery by suppliers or third parties engaged, and the absence of required government permits.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law and Disputes

All legal relationships to which Little Attic Treasures is a party shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with an agreement between Little Attic Treasures and the customer shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Little Attic Treasures is established, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
